If a customer is ever dissatisfied with the quality of repair or accuracy of our documentation, we will review the repair and/or file to make the appropriate adjustment. If there is a repair problem and the customer is not in our local service area, we will recommend a reputable repair facility that is conveniently located to service his or her needs.
