Caliber’s quality assurance standards are considered the
most comprehensive in the industry. We employ a team of auditors who perform
regular audits and inspections at our centers to ensure compliance with our
quality assurance standards.
CONSUMER PROTECTION
Caliber Collision Centers has dedicated considerable financial and human
resources to meet consumer protection guidelines. Our company culture is
customer-focused. If a customer is ever dissatisfied with the quality of
repair or accuracy of our documentation, we will review the repair and/or file to make the appropriate adjustment. Furthermore, we offer
our CaliberCareTM Limited Lifetime Warranty. If there is a repair problem and the customer is not in our
local service area, we will recommend a reputable repair facility that is
conveniently located to service his or her needs.
STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES
At Caliber Collision Centers, we adhere to a set of Standard Operating
Procedures at all of our locations. By having clearly defined standards we are
able to better manage the repair process from the moment a customer comes in
the door until they take delivery of their finished vehicle. This consistently
applied set of standards empowers us to continually meet and exceed our
customer’s expectations.

At all times, Caliber Collision Centers is committed to being a good corporate
citizen by retaining all of the appropriate licenses and permits required by
the various states and municipalities in which we do business, including the following:

SAFETY
Caliber Collision Centers maintains the strictest and most comprehensive
safety program in the industry. All of our repair facilities are inspected
monthly by internal and/or independent safety consultants to ensure compliance
with our high standards. Additionally, Caliber associates attend monthly
safety meetings in our centers to complement these inspections. Topics at
